Please read this document carefully. By accessing Zefdo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Zefdo, a multi-category on-demand delivery and commerce platform developed and operated by Zedfo Now Pvt. Ltd. (“Zedfo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a private limited company duly incorporated under the laws of Nepal.
1.1 Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or registering on the Zefdo application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and that you are at least 18 years of age (or have guardian consent).
2. Definitions and Interpretation

| Order | A purchase request initiated by a User for Merchant products. |
3. Account Registration and User Profile
To access full features, including ordering and wallet use, you must create a registered account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3.2 Required Registration Information
- Full legal name
- Valid mobile number (for OTP verification)
- Active email address
- Precise delivery address (via map integration)
- Date of Birth (for age-restricted pharma items)
3.5 One Account Per User
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active User account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions is strictly prohibited.
4. Data Privacy, Security, and Non-Disclosure
We are committed to full compliance with the Individual Privacy Act of Nepal. Your data is used exclusively for legitimate operational purposes.
Zedfo will NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial resale.
5. Payment Methods and Zefdo Wallet
5.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Primary offline payment method in Nepalese Rupees (NPR).
- Exact change is recommended as agents may not carry change.
- Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in privilege suspension.
5.3 Zefdo Wallet Rules

6. Location Services and Map Integration
We use GPS to find nearby stores, calculate delivery distances, and route partners. You can manage permissions (While Using / Always / Denied) in your device settings.
7. Order Placement, Tracking, and Management
7.3 Live Order Lifecycle

7.4 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order before Merchant confirmation without penalty. Post-confirmation cancellation is generally not permitted.

9. Audio and Video Call Features
Inspect products and verify details directly with Merchants via in-app calls.
- Privacy: Calls are NOT recorded or monitored by Zefdo.
- Conduct: Respectful behavior is mandatory. Harassment results in suspension.
- Requirements: Stable internet (1 Mbps) and camera/mic permissions.
10. Merchant Stores and Categories
Zefdo serves four primary categories: Food, Grocery, Retail, and Pharmacy. Product accuracy is the responsibility of the Merchant.
Pharma Orders
Prescription medications require a valid, current prescription issued by a licensed medical professional in Nepal. Zefdo is a delivery intermediary only.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Providing fraudulent registration information.
- Using bots or scripts to manipulate orders.
- Abusing refund systems or promotional offers.
- Harassing Merchant staff or Delivery Partners.
- Reverse engineering the Zefdo application.
12. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
Zedfo Now Pvt. Ltd. is a technology intermediary. We do not manufacture or sell the products listed. Product quality and safety are the sole responsibility of the respective Merchants.
13. Intellectual Property Rights
The "Zefdo" name, logo, design, and source code are the exclusive property of Zedfo Now Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably, followed by mediation/arbitration, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Kathmandu.
